Photos depicting an identifiable person are included in the new regulations regarding handling of personal data (GDPR). We hope that you consent to that Mustcare Pro AB handle, store and publish photos of you. Publishing photos is limited to our website www.mustcarepro.se and our Facebook page. You consent by filling in and sending in the form with a YES on the question about consent.

If you send in your consent it will be valid until further notice. It is important that you take notice of that you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to obtain information about which personal data we have stored regarding you, get the data deleted, corrected or transferred.
